TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

By booking a wellness, fitness session or workshop with Priority Pilates you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as set out below.

We want you to enjoy and benefit from your sessions. The terms and conditions below are set out to help you do this and to safe-guard our sessions.

Bookings & Payments

All group sessions, private programmes and workshops must be paid for in advance. Your place is only confirmed once payment has been received.

Block bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Missed sessions cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

Cancellations & Attendance Policy

Private sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged in full.

Group blocks and programmes are non-refundable once started.

Small group sessions booked as a group run as scheduled regardless of individual attendance. If one or more participants are unable to attend, the session will still go ahead. Where possible, I’m always happy to support clients with home practice if a session is missed.

Workshops cancelled in writing prior to the workshop date will be refunded as follows:
• With 21 or more days’ notice – 50% of fees;
• Less than 21 days’ notice – No refund

Equipment and what to bring

We supply mats and any small equipment you may need in our physical classes only.

For hygiene and comfort reasons, many people like to bring their own mat with them.
Please ensure you bring your own water bottle with you to class.

Scope of Practice

Priority Pilates provides movement-based, educational and wellbeing support. This does not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Clients remain responsible for seeking appropriate medical guidance where appropriate.
